3CX - Profile Set-Up

To Setup Desktop App (steps will only work on JRBTworkstations, please do the following when in the office or on NetExtender)

Citrix Users - Go to https://jrbt.tx.3cx.us/webclient/ outside of Citrix and login using the Microsoft button

Non Citrix Users - Go to https://jrbt.tx.3cx.us/webclient/#/login | Click On the Microsoft button & enter your email and password if asked.

Go to the Apps icon on the bottom left of the screen and choose Windows App

Next please click "Provision"

Click "Open" to allow your Profile to load in.

Open the 3CX App (should be a shortcut on your desktop, start menu or in your taskbar)

Confirm if your name shows up on the top left of the app
