My PhishAlert is Missing

Hello!

Click on "File" in the top right of Outlook.

Next, Click options in the bottom left.

Select Add-ins.

Next, 1. you can click the drop down arrow. and 2. Select "Disabled Items". 3. Click "Go.."

Once the page opens up, 4. you will see an instance along the lines of "Addin: Knowbe4reportphishing.addinmodule (phishalert.dll)" this is what you want to click. 5. Once highlighted, you can click "Enable." This should disappear.

Close and re-open Outlook for the change to take affect.

** If there were 2 instances of the "add-in", go through the steps again and there should now only be one.
