Issues with Webcam or Audio
IMPORTANT: Make sure you are OUTSIDE of Citrix.
Audio instructions can be found below.
For Webcam:
Click on the ellipses in the top right corner and click settings
- Next, Click Devices
- Select the drop down arrow. 3. Select the camera that you will need to use. "HP HD Camera" will be the webcam on your laptop. You may need to select your Logitech camera.
You will see what your camera see's in the preview. Be sure to not have your camera's cover on.
For Audio:
Click on the ellipses in the top right corner and click settings
- Next, Click Devices
- Click the drop down arrow. 3. Select which speaker you want audio to come out of. (This could be headphones, external speakers with volume control, or the audio that comes from your laptop.)
- Now that you have selected your speakers, you can select "Make a test call" to test that your audio is working as intended. After the test call you may need to go to the bottom right "^" of your screen and right click, exit out of the teams icon.
