Hello, I am starting at the SafeSend Exchange Dashboard through the website.

https://exchange.safesendreturns.com/ - This is the link to access this. You will need to log in.

This is best for clients that struggle with an access code.

To send encrypted message/attach a file:

Once Logged in, you will see the image below. Click "+ New Message"

**If you are requesting Documents, Select "Request Documents"**

Next, enter the information required, and once you are finished, before hitting send. Locate the Cog Wheel to the left. Click the drop down near Authentication method and select question & answer.

Request Documents:

Fill out your information, and below select the drop down for Authentication Method, Select question and answer.
