Drop Off Link

Locate your SafeSend Personal Drop Off Link

  1. Go to https://login.safesendreturns.com/
  2. Login with your email and password
  3. The SafeSend landing page will give you multiple products to choose from. Select the far right option: SafeSend Exchange.
  4. Once you’re in Exchange, in the top right corner you will see the outline of a person. Click on this icon and select Drop Off Links from the drop down menu.

  5. You will see two different links, Company and Personal. Please copy your Personal Drop Off Link by selecting the two pages logo to the right of the link.

    **Copy the Link and send to helpdesk.**


**Turn Notification On

Now that the SafeSend Exchange Drop Off Link will be added to your email signature, please ensure you have enabled the “Receive notification of new Secure Mail to your inbox” option. If you do not do this, you will not receive an email notification when clients use your Drop Off link to send you secure files. The notifications toggle button is found directly under the Personal Drop Off Link mentioned above. You will know it is turned on when the dot moves to the right and turns green as seen in the screenshot below.
