3CX - Soft Phone Information
1 Status - This is where you can change your status.
2 Dialer - This is where you can use a number pad that pops out into a smaller window.
3 Contact Search - You can search for contacts here to call.
4 Groups - Drop Down to select which Department you would like to view.
5 Calls - this will be your missed calls where you can find your missed calls.
6 Voicemail & Settings - You can access your voicemails to listen or adjust your account settings.
1 Hold - Place the current call on hold. Hold music will be played.
2 Mute - this will mute you so that no voice is transmitted.
3 New Call - Make a new call separate from your current one.
4 Conference - Use this feature to have a call with more then two people,
5 Transfer - will transfer the call without the need for you to speak to the receiver, a “Blind Transfer”.
6 Att. transfer - will transfer the call after you first speak to the receiver to see if they accept the call.
7 Rec - allows you to record your conversation.
8 Keypad - will allow you to dial in another caller.
9 Video - will elevate your call to a video call with the additional option of screen sharing
