3CX - Status Settings

If you have a Desk phone , you will want your "Available" setting to match the screen shot below.

This is changed in the 3CX Phone App. You can not set "Accept Push notifications" on the desktop phone application.

You get to this screen but clicking the colored square in the top right, and then selecting the " > " next to the status you are editing.

*if you do not have a Deskphone, you will want "Accept Push Notifications" Turned on.

If you plan on working from home, you will need to install the 3CX Phone Application. You will want to set up your "Working from home" following the screenshot below.

If you will be out of the office, and need to forward your extension to another team member, you can do so under the "Out of Office" status.
