Question & Answer Authentication - Outlook Add-in

Hello, To get started you will need to be in your Outlook application. You will need to select "New Email" in the top left.

Next, you will need to click on your SafeSend Add-in. This will Pull up a screen to prompt you on what you would like to do next.


Scroll down to find the option you selected:


Send Message - Fill out the information, Then click the Shield to change to Question and answer. Fill out the requested information afterwards, click finish and you are done.


Request Documents - This one has you enter more information on the front end, but you will get to a section that looks like the one below, requesting configuration. Enter the information, click finish and you are done.
